Joe's best friend Greg got married in the St. George Temple. Joe's sister parents were kind enough to watch Hayden so we could go down to St. George for the weekend. It was great to get away from all the commotion and relax. It was also fun to have some one on one time with Parker.
In front of the temple. Why is Parker always asleep, in the stroller or in the baby carrier in all pictures?
Joe, Tanner, Greg, and (I forgot his name)
After the wedding Greg's family was taking pictures and one of his brothers didn't wear his suit. His wife made him borrow Joe's suit coat so he wouldn't stick out in the picture.
When we got there Friday night we had a delicious dinner at Texas Roadhouse then we went to our hotel and went to bed. We had to be out of the hotel by 7:00 am to get to the wedding. We dropped Parker off with a complete stranger (Greg's wife Rebecca's former roommate) to be tended. The sealing was great. There were so many people in the room that we were asked to put three people to every two chairs, and there were still lots of people standing. After the sealing we went and picked up Parker and went back to the temple for pictures. We went to the wedding luncheon and I enjoyed visiting with some of Greg's family. They are ALL so very friendly. In the afternoon we went to the movies and saw The Proposal. I loved it. In the evening we went to the reception and then went swimming at the hotel, and rented a movie from Redbox. We rented Coraline. It was horrible. We enjoyed a good night's sleep in a nice king bed. Of course we had to stop at In-N-Out Burger before we could head back north.
It was such a fun weekend!
