Parker's blessing day was very nice. I was glad to have so many family members and friends to share it with. Joe gave Parker a beautiful blessing. Here are some of the things Parker was blessed with.
*His physical body would grow and develop to be strong to allow him to serve the Lord in callings and as a missionary
*His mind would continue to develop to get him through school and to learn the concepts taught at home and school
*He can feel the spirit from a young age and follow the prompting of the Holy Ghost to learn right from wrong
*He will have a testimony to live the gospel
*A soft and delicate heart to know the needs of other and be able to serve others
*Friendship with siblings and other family members
*He can be a leader among his peers and be a good example through his actions
*The gifts of the Spirit
*A special name-Look to his ancestors and draw strength and testimony from his name.
I am very grateful to have a husband who honors his priesthood and is able to give blessings to our children.
