Brilea Designs

When my sister, Rebecca, and her husband, Lance, were sealed in the temple my brother-in-law wanted to buy a snow globe of the temple for Rebecca. Did you know that there were no snow globes of the temple until now? Lance decided since they weren't available he would design them. He wrote to the LDS church to get permission. After permission was granted he got to work. Months of waiting are now over. The snow globes arrived this week. They are beautiful. I can't wait to have one on display ion my new house. The Pledge of Allegiance

Hayden learned the Pledge of allegiance at school. I think he is so cute! I love how he tucks his hand in his arm pit instead of placing it on his heart.

New House

We put an offer on a new home yesterday. The bank accepted our offer this morning. The latest we will close is April 5. I am so ready to be getting into another house. It isn't my dream house but I so excited to make it a home we love.

The house is in West Jordan. It has 2525 square feet. The basement is fully finished. It sits on .23 acres.

Bye Bye Binkie

Yesterday I decided to put Parker down for his morning nap without his binkie. He did just fine so I even left it home when we went to the zoo for the afternoon. Second nap without he did great too. Bed time wasn't an issue either. So now it is official, the binkie is gone. Let's hope I don't regret it at church on Sunday.

Jingle Bells

Hayden learned to sing Jingle Bells at school. We had a pop up book Jingle Bells book and Hayden would sit and read the book every day.

Christmas Books

This year I wrapped up 24 of my many many Christmas books. The plan was to open one a day for our bedtime story. It started out so well but one day I came home and almost all of the books had been open by the little girl next door (aka Brea). It was really fun the days we did it. We will try again next year and hope that it works out better.

Baby Bradly

In December Ryan and Erin had their first baby boy. We drove up to Idaho to meet him. He is such a cutie. It is so easy to forget how little babies start out. Parker is no longer a baby when a "real" baby is around.

Catch Up

Okay, here it goes. I am attempting to get caught up on my pathetic blog. It is only 4:53am. I can't sleep but I don't know that I am awake enough to make sure that anything I say makes sense. We shall see.
