Cousins

Hayden loves his cousins so much. As he is getting older it is fun to watch him with his cousins. He wants to be one of the big kids. Hayden talks about all his cousins on a regular basis (meaning daily).

Jason is so cute with him and will really play with him. This picture was taken at Joe's birthday party. Hayden and Jason were having a good time together on the trampoline.

Canyons

8/12/09

Would it really be summer without multiple trips to the canyons? I love that we are so close and can go have a relaxing evening whenever we want.

I wish Allen and Rachael lived in Salt Lake so we could spend more time with them. It was so fun to have Rachael's family here for so long.

Kissing Cousins

They can be sweet.

Well, maybe they were coached a little.

Cousin Reunion

8/9/09
This was such a busy weekend. We got home from St. George just in time for a fun reunion with my cousins. My sister Rachael and her family were here from Cleveland, my cousin Christian and his family were here from South Carolina, my cousin Heather and her family were here from California and my aunt Cindy was here from Texas and Allen came up from Blanding. (The rest live in Salt Lake) We had such a great time seeing everyone.

Parker and Daddy

Growing up we had the rule of only two people on the trampoline at a time. I guess my parents have relaxed a little on that rule.

We attempted to get all the great grand kids in a picture. It never happened.

PiƱatas are so much fun. One of the little girls broke it open. the big kids never even had a chance.
But once the candy and toys started spilling out I don't think anyone cared if they hadn't had a turn.

Zoo

8/3/09
Rachael and her family flew from Cleveland to Arizona and drove to Blanding for Reed's blessing. Rachael and the kids were staying in Blanding until Monday before coming to Salt Lake. Christopher decided to come back to Salt Lake with us on Sunday. I took advantage of having Christopher with me without the other kids so we went to the zoo.

Rebecca, Brea, Hayden and Christopher riding the train.

Christopher is such a sweet boy. I love him so much and wish he didn't live so far away!

Farm

7/31/09
Another fun day at Thanksgiving Point Farm. We went with the Young cousins (we missed you Allen).

Poor Parker, he is always strapped in the stroller instead of exploring with the big kids!

Sometimes I wish we could really lock them up.

Sometimes when Hayden is really excited he does this silly expression. It's as if he doesn't want to smile and let you know he is so excited.

I've got the cutest cowboy!

Family Sunday

7/12/09
The second Sunday of every month we do dinner with Joe's family. Hayden loves to spend time with his cousins. The kids were so cute. What could be better than sitting on the bench together eating homemade ice cream?

Hair

This summer I tended my niece Brea on Wednesdays while my sister had classes for web design (go check out her blog). I loved being able to do Brea's hair. I really love her french braids.

That is one scary picture of all three kids.
